  •  SOLD  1983 Ibanez AR-300
Crafted at Golden Age of Ibanez
Check out this sweet 1983 Ibanez Artist AR300 in Sunburst finish. Its signature design including the intense figure of the flamed maple top, mahogany body and tri-sound switches have been loved by so many vintage seekers. The fretboard inlays are mother of pearl with Abalone inserts starting on the first fret. The sculpted top, double cutaways and perfect heel make upper fret access effortless.

This model has the Tri-Sound pickup switches per pickup, which allow for full humbucking, coil splitting or parallel phase configurations. These Super 58 pickups are amazing and the definition of the sound they produce will blow out a Gibson.

She's been well maintained, yet it is worth commenting the areas of less perfection. Holes dug near the strap pins, one on the left cutaway top and two on the bottom. I filled them with thin wood pieces and have to admit it doesn't look perfect. Apart from this, natural oxidation on hardware, lacquer crack along the cutaways, and small dents on the body bottom are sort of commonly seen from 30 year-old vintage guitars but I leave them to your judgement. Lastly, the original hardshell case comes along with this graceful solid body.
